Ben is a chartered accountant who spent nearly 8 years at RBS, rising from Director of UK Asset Recovery to Global Operations Director managing a £4.5bn property portfolio across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and beyond.

As COO at Victoria Asset Management, he built operating models for real estate private equity. He then founded Staverton Partners, delivering Power Platform and operating model work for firms including Battersea Power Station and King's Cross.

Ben knows where the manual processes hide. The spreadsheets, the workarounds, the things that don't scale. He designs systems that people actually use.
